She is very detail oriented yet remains soft and flexible while reinforcing what it is your needing and requesting of her. Working with Heather was amazing. I remember calling her while I was on the road from Ohio, on a Wednesday afternoon, and saying ?hey, I?ll be there on Thursday, can we start looking at homes on Friday?. Her response was priceless!! She said, ?absolutely, what time would you like to start on Friday?? She didn?t even have my name yet, but she was already committed to helping me find the perfect home for my wife and I. During the home searching, we did a FaceTime interaction with my wife, at each home. After looking at several homes, my wife and Heather seemed to talk more about the homes, than my wife and I. At that point I was certain, that without Heather, I?d still be looking for a home today.
