Heather goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to her clients and getting them closed. I reccomended my brother to use Heather when he was purchasing his first home. He had a seller who didn't want to cooperate when it came to cleaning and repairs. Heather was at his home the day? before closing and was shampooing the carpets and doing minor repairs to make sure his home was the best it could be at move it. I recommended Heather to my brother because I close all of Heather's transactions at the title company, and I see first hand all of the buyers that are incredibly happy with her.
